About this website

This website is operated by Hope Commoners Foundation, Hope Commoners Foundation, 70, Bansal Nagar, Fatehabad Road, Agra, Uttar Pradesh – 282001, India. It provides information about the Foundation’s work and lets you contact us and, when available, donate online. We aim to keep the information accurate and current but cannot promise that it is always complete or up to date.

Using the website

Please use the site lawfully and considerately. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its admin area, interfere with its operation, send automated or abusive requests, or submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else without their permission.

Content and images

The text, logo, design and photographs on this website belong to the Foundation or are used with permission. You may share a link to a page, or quote a short extract with credit, but please ask us before copying or republishing other material. Some images are illustrative and are labelled as such.

Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts of an amount you choose. When online donations are available, payment is handled by a third-party payment provider on its own secure page; the provider’s terms apply to the payment itself.

A donation is shown as successful only after the payment provider confirms it to the Foundation’s server. If you were charged but do not see a confirmation, or you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us promptly with your donation reference so we can review it.

Donations are used for the Foundation’s charitable work, for example: food distribution drives; education support for children; basic essentials for needy families; community welfare initiatives.

The Foundation is registered under Section 80G (Registration No. AAHCH2411GF20241). Whether a donation qualifies for a tax deduction depends on your circumstances and the law in force; please consult a tax adviser. Any receipt for tax purposes is issued by the Foundation under its own process.

Disclaimer and liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, the Foundation is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from interruptions to it. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
